This image is damn near perfect in every way. Her placement on the formation is wonderful and the combination of textures could not be better. It is a structural masterpiece.

I have to go along with Owen here. The flow of the image through her body and up the rock face is terrific. The light is also beautifully used and helps show the contrast of textures.

Brilliant interplay between the vulnerable woman and powerful rock creature, her guardian. A new playing of the King Kong story. Love the processing, makes the story come alive.

It is great being late for the part here. All the positives I could have said have already been said. I do think skin and stone are a great combination. I would like to see a little of her face.

Jon.  Thanks.  I also liked the contrast of texture with the model and rock.  The sky was a bit of serendipity and the willingness of my model to brave a cold and windy day.  

Owen.  Thanks.  I am not sure about perfect but I am glad that you liked it and appreciate the praise.  Once again, it is a collaboration and my model was patient in some pretty harsh conditions.

Mark.  Thanks.  I always appreciate you input and listen carefully to it.  I like the comment about the flow and truthfully didn't really see it that way during the shooting but glad it worked and glad you mentioned it.

David M.  Thanks.  I do have some that show her face but she would rather remain anonymous.  However, I still think this is the strongest of the series.  I think the bowed head contributes to the overall feel of submission or passivity.  

David R.  Thanks.  I am glad you liked it.  It was a challenging day for light and we had to wait for cloud conditions to shoot but it was worth the effort in the end.
