"THE AMERICAN SOUTHWEST"

The most lasting and definitive image representative of the American

Southwest is provided in Monument Valley in Utah. These buttes in the

background are visual spectacles which reminds us that this was once

were vast areas of sandstone layers dating back even a million years ago.

The tree in the foreground is the California Juniper with its twisted trunk

and leafless twigs (jin) that are signs that it has also withstood the test of

time and elements. Thank you for viewing and enjoy.
