OK, so stretching a point to put this in architecture, but its a

building of a sort and it will be great when they get the roof on.

Shot in 1985 or thereabouts, but printed this year and toned in

Paintshop pro.

My eye is drawn to the white forground but that distracts me from your subject which is Stonehenge. If this is a near-far composition I would prefer something in the foreground which actually adds to the composition. Perhaps if you crop the washed out foreground and place the horizon at the lower third of the picture. I also wish the lighting was not overhead. At sunset in side-light the long shadows would have added depth and mystery, which is the feeling Stonehenge gives me. I love this subject. As always the question is how to present the subject to wow the observer. Still, overall, I like this photo. And I like that you're showing it to me in infra-red. But it's a two-edged sword because the infra-red is also what has washed out the foreground and made the mid-tone grey of the stones seem banal. There is nothing banal about the subject. But I love what the infra-red has done to the sky.

Nice dreamy shot--the clouds are wonderful. Too much foreground puts the horizon line in the center of the frame. Crop at least half of it.

2 great elements in that picture: the very impressive sky and the surnatural ground 'cotton effect'. Stonehenge is getting lost in between IMO.

Stonehenge is lost in the supernatural - which I think is the point of this treatment. Put on the ring and this is what you would see.

Thank you, thank you very much.

nice composition, but a too soft result for my taste. Foreground is a bit distracting as mentioned above. Perhaps you could have used a filter to make clouds darker instead of shooting infrared... Just an opinion:)

Stonehenge in infra red this looks so unreal I think you have done a great job of this one. Nice to see shots from England as I don't get to go home very often.
