AlanKlein 2,917 Posted July 3, 2014 Ken: I like this photo; the model is very pretty. I like her relaxed look. The colors are soft and warm. A couple of comments. Adding catch lights would brighten her face. It seems that her lips are very dry but this could be the smaller size on my monitor. (Note that for anyone looking, click on the picture as the larger photo looks much better.) The colors and patterns on her slip match the background very closely. This is causing a lack of separation between her and the wall. More room should have been left between her toe and the edge of the frame. The back of the couch on the right side seems strange, It just seems to pop up there because of the way the slip lies. Most of the important parts are on the left. I wonder if all the image on the right is necessary. I'd like to see a different version that has a big crop with just her on the left - maybe a portrait view that stops at her hip. Nice shot.
