Quite inextricable, just as the two look tangled up I think. I agree with Jack, possibly we're on the dark side of soul... were it music, I'd say Nick Cave. Interesting work.

poetic, really... dark bar/room, drunk up glass of dark red, i like the strange positioning of both her hands, she's animated, she's tipsy, i like the ring which adds to her femininity, another glass across from her like maybe she's not alone? it's dramatic... ;-} dp
