How can i improve this photo?

I just noticed that it was rated 3/3 ..well ..I do not agree with that . Surly this is not a killing shot ..but it has its techncal quality. It dose carry a snap feel but its not as bad as it was rated :)) I 'd popit out the fact that you have croped his foot a bit . Esposure is god. With nicly lit background . Expression is not bad too. It may not give us a story to see ..but it is not empty. Regards PK .

Well I completely agree with my rating of 3/3...and I don't appreciate the revenge rating of 1/1 on my photo. I like alot of your stuff, but for inexplicable reasons that I can't really explain, I just don't like this one. I think it's just a guy sitting down. The title adds to it, I could probably give it another point for originality but it's just a plain shot of a guy sitting down...I don't know what else to rate it honestly. Lucky for you I don't do revenge rating. So don't be all about that nonsense poopie-pants.

I think the background is competing with the subject. Maybe take this shot again when the sun is not so harsh. Then you can add a little flash and will place the emphasis back on your subject.
