Thanks for viewing.

I will be taking a few months off (probably about the third time) from Photo.net because I will be too busy with all kinds of projects and other mundane things like filing taxes, giving a photo mini-course to some seniors, fix winter damage, looking at new cameras D9300, D610, get new software, organize my photos here at photo.net and at home and improve my back-up protocol.

I will be back at photo.net from time-to-time to try and organize my images here (many just lying around in a hidden misc folders), update and finalize my personal website.

All the best and have a great summer.

Is a delight this image from foreground to bg.is almost May and ice is there even now, splendid moment but some warm weather will be good to you too.I find a so good balance here between sky, water, ice, ground. The soft reflection in the water enhance a lot this image.

my best regards and good luck for all your next projects

Hi Tony. This picture is very beautiful! Everything is perfect here. The composition, colors, exposure, the lighting... I love it!
I hope your new projects do not keep away from photo net for long.

All the best with your time off Tony. This is a great shot to take off on with the sweeping clouds and the contrasting warm and cool colors. Just gorgeous, as usual my friend. Take care.

Best Always,

Hope your time off is productive.  I won't be on PN much either until photo school is finished.  I hope MY time is productive also!  :-)  This is a stunning shot.....contrasting cool and warm tones and perfect shutter speed to lend a glassy texture to the water.  Hope you manage to take some more pictures during your down time!  :-)

Good one.  Very nicely exposed, largely due, I think, to the low position of the sun in the frame.  Well composed too.  I'm happy that winter is now behind us.  Brutal!  Good luck with your projects.  See you when you get back to a more normal routine.  Best, LM.

Although I am happy you have a variety of activities to keep you busy, this image reminds me of how much I will miss seeing your work.  As usual, you have painted a masterpiece.

My best always,

All the best in your effort to take care of your lovely shots and everything else you might been into.  Don't take too long to come back though.  As far as your upcoming equipment that you're thinking of buying is concerned, my advice is look for good lenses first and then think of the body.  You already know that of course.  Take care my good friend!  Cheers!

Hard to believe that 2 months has passed since  I have been up at photo.net. I am still quite busy and perhaps I can find some time towards the end of July or early August. Even my picture taking has taken a hit but  I needed to get my 'fix' so I took a couple of shots recently.  I will load one.

I very much appreciate all of your comments and thanks for visiting.
