Great work... the fence-like texture is exactly subtle enough to seem a design choice without getting obvious sarcastic... so it stays at a nice subtle level of irony, which works very well for me.

Thumbnail is an excellent basic (?) for a City stamp, for the prison will reject that idea. :)
