I think I read someplace last year that the small boats that once transported people from the Taj side of the river to this location, are no longer allowed to operate. Did you arrive via boat or some other form of transport? This is by far the the best image I have seen from this side.

This is a fantastic and well executed shot - it comes close to representing the colorful contradictions of India all in one frame - I took a trip to India a couple of months ago and I would have loved to get a chance to capture a shot like that.  Well Done!!!

This is a very good and appropriate use of HDR. But I wonder --- what is this great shot saying to the viewer? Or, perhaps, it doesn't matter!
