Frank, this is a nice photo, but let's take take it beyond a snap-shot and make it a portrait. You have a nice semi Rembrandt lighting on her face, but the strong highlight on her chest detracts from her face. Try burning down her chest and also her right hand, maybe even her left hand as well. Then vignette the background and you'll have a nice portrait and not just a great snap-shot.
