This is really good but you need to increase the shutter speed to freeze the motion of the bird. Plus you might want to check the focus on this photo. Good idea though!

The hummingbird doesn't seem sharp to me, and perhaps a bit dark.

Not sharp enough. Takes a lot of patience to get a good hummingbird shot! Good try, though.
