The photo appears to have been rotated to adjust for a tilt correction as evidenced by the boy's head cropped or so close to the edge. He's still slightly tilted, as is the horizon.

The middle of the horizon is blown out as is the water on the left & right

The settings of the camera to do this shot gave a "burned" and without  interest photo...Nothing to call my attention positively here...
