Really nice treatment of the clouds.  I looks as if the majority of the frame has a relatively limited tonal range, and I like the softness in the image that results.  Very nice work.

The clouds are very well portrayed. The whole composition gives it a touch of doomsday feeling that always works well at the sea. 

Rougher waves could be even better, but this is not something you can really influence.

The high grain also works well and give it a nice old fashioned look.

Although the sea, the coast and the clouds give it enough depth, I would have tried to experiment with something in the foreground. If no stones or shells were around maybe the fresh foam the waves leave behind when they retreat could have worked. If it were white enough it could also add contrast.

A great picture overall.
