Sunset over Haleiwa

The sharpness in the silouettes gives it a 3D feel - Nice bookend effect with the palms on either side - I'm aware that certain shots work with a centered subject - this is one of them. I've never seen shrimp this color so we're safe from what's his name - (-; .....

 

Now - all that being said - *LOSE* the pink trim on the frame Dude ... !

How's KW? Yep it's a little more pinkish than I wanted. But too much work to do it over today. If I just try magic-wand tooling the accent to change the color, it makes the accent much larger. So, we will just have to live with pretty pink for now.

Try this Grasshoppa' ....... zoom in anywhere along the trim strip - select a color with the eyedropper - use the paint bucket - pour in any color you like ...

I think zooming out would do this shot harm, but I can help but find myself wishing these two trees where a tad bit closer---not much, just a touch. I know you probably put them on the borders intentionally and I think it is a very different and unique idea that works well here. My only wish would be for them to be a tad bit closer in real life (and perhaps a hair closer in the shot) Next time you plant palm trees for shots you might want to think about that. I really enjoy the black silhouette against the red sky--black on red makes for good shots in my humble opinion.
