harry_pluta3 0 Posted May 14, 2001 I've long been fascinated by some of the graffiti art in Chicago but have been unsure how to capture it. I thought the lighting on your shot caught the central element of the work, while leaving the other graffiti just visible showed the rougher elements of the environment. Very cool. Link to comment
dv 1 Posted May 15, 2001 Yea, I was quite surprized the way it turned out. It was shot at night, indoors, with nothing but natural light. At this point I am quite pleased with Fuji Superia 800 -j Link to comment
jennifercatron 9 Posted January 9, 2004 If I were going to a rave, and had the option of bringing a camera... is this what I would shoot? No.. clearly it wouldn't be. As a piece of street art, it's fine, but that's not your work, that is the work of the artist who created it. Your contribution to his work was minimal, and in fact probably made his work look bad. If you're going to do a silhouette then do it of something interesting, that speaks to the nature of street art... not some head hidden in the shadows caught seemingly by accident. Link to comment
