In terms of skiing, this route is not challenging at all but thelandscape offered is unique.

Thanks for looking.

Nice panorama. The only thing I think to improve it would be to get the cables straight. Normally the perspective distortion from stitching panoramas (or is this a crop from a fish-eye lens?) doesn't bother me. But when things that are supposed to be straight (like the cables here or a ocean horizon for example) end up curved, it kind of ruins the illusion.

Tiobi,  You have a wonderland for cross country skiing.  The peaks are most interesting, and you have created a nice composition.  If the wires bother you, you could clone them and the support pole out.  I don't think they add anything to the image as it is a cross country ski scene.  Thanks for sharing this bit of Italy.   Nice image. Also, thanks for your recent comment on my image.  Best to you.  Larry

Siegfried and Larry, thanks for your attentive comments. Indeed the wires could have been easily cloned out together with the pole. As for the shooting itself, it is a "swept panorama" in which the camera is panned by hand and takes lots of shots that are automatically stitched together. Ideally, if I would have used a tripod, there would be much less distortion as I assume the algorithm of the camera is based on a cylindrical projection.
