lauramarco 0 Posted March 11, 2014 Hi Bill, you call it "Winter" and yes it's true...We all begin to imagine cold and frosty landscapes, just by taking a glance at the portrait ... images of snow and purity. She has got an angry gesture ...or maybe one of impatience, but it does not take away her charm. It strikes me as you highlight eyelashes, eyebrows full of glitters, lips etc. The colour of the eyes is hers, a natural blue. Beautiful as the color of the sky or ice. I like that face that the mist arises between leaves with frost, with rime...White hair is achieved masterfully.Congratulations Bill! It's a very nice and very well done work.Kindest regards. LM Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 303 Posted March 12, 2014 What a psychological study, yes I know this isn't a real study of the person, it's fake, but very persuasive and the foggy and icy effect works great here! Best regards, my teacher! PDE Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted March 13, 2014 She is the 'frosty' Spirit that looked upon our landscape today and brought such 'HAVOCK'!!! No one wanted to be out, we have had enough!! But she spared us compared to many in the U.S. Fantastic layering and painting skills within this composition Bill. She has such an 'Icy Expression'.Creative and well executed!!! Well done!! :) GAil Link to comment
