This shot into the sun seemed like it would lend itself well to some

HDR processing. So I tried my hand at it,mostly to show the detail in

the rock face. The sky was kind of strange that day and this was the

closest I could get it to what I remember.

Any thoughts? Is the HDR treatment overdone? I think I struck a

balance between bland and "overcooked", but I'd be happy to read your

thoughts even if you disagree.

It's a beautiful moment in nature Siegfried capture very well. You did a good job not over doing the HDR. Well done!

It is a beautiful scene Siegfried! not over done!I just wonder if the pink color is natural? or there is a problem with my screen?

Many regards! Hanan

Thanks for the feedback. The sky is a little off. I remember the horizon being more of an orange than a red, and it faded into a hazy blue. Maybe I need to go back and edit a version to get the sky right and blend the two.
