I really like this landscape - the reflection and overall composition draw me in - plus the textures in the shadows of the rocks, sand and into the clouds. 

Great composition and light.  Often is may be best to avoid a 50:50 split between sky and land, but here works perfectly because there is significant interest in the sand as well as the clouds.  Very well done.

This is a beautiful image, beautifully seen, and yes, Nailed! 

Technically, if I may utilize a commentary many would stray away... this is the best result from a D-800 I've seen to date. Obviously that doesn't mean this is the only one but, I mean, yes! This is one great rendition beyond the mainstream from the D-800 unit. State of the Art friends !

What I also meant to say is, amazing the possibilities.

Your image really conveys the mood of an unknown world. Very captivating. Technically beautiful, with lots of texture in the sand grooves in the foreground. Excellent picture, really.
