wondering thoughts, long exposure of 13 seconds f/8 shot with a

Nikon D5100 and standard kit 18-55 lens. Processed in lightroom 5.

I am always a fan of these dark blues which attracted me to your image. I like the overall composition of the image, the distant reflections in the water, as well as the clouds and stars. In my opinion the bright light to the left with its large sunstar is a bit too overpowering hanging out there on the edge. I might have cropped it out or moved it away from the edge. I am also not a big fan of the concrete pilings in the foreground - though there's not much you can do about them. So I might have cropped a bit differently or might have chosen a different vantage point (if possible). Also, looking at the enlarged version shows that everything seems just a tad fuzzy. Did the pier/dock move a little bit or vibrate?
