When I first arrive here I could barely see the old pilings, but within 20

minutes the sun broke through and the whole atmosphere changed.

Thanks for viewing.

I think there is just enough of a peek from that shy sun to produce this great ambiance.I like the tones which contribute to the "silence".Good work!

TIMOTHY......Thank you. Best regards, Bob.

LAURENT.....I had to work really fast as the fog was receding fast and the light was constantly changing. Thanks for the inspiring words. Best regards, Bob.

I like the contrast between to hazy upper part and the crisp water in the lower part.

Very well captured and a difficult shot of the sun.

At a glance maybe some points to consider. I am not sure why but I feel it a little off balance. Maybe a lower take where there is more water to be seen and therefore showing the contrast hazy vs. crisp could help. Of course, you cannot really move the sun, so I am not sure if this would have been possible.

Maybe if the rule of thirds were applied it might get more balance. With the sun in the upper left area of focus, and the dark land on the lower right area of focus it could balance to include the light vs. dark contrast also.

As I say, just some ideas, but for sure a great shot into the sun.

I liked the Vertical format of your last image of this place but this is very beautiful as well. How rewarding to get up early and watch as the sun welcomes the day. Beautiful mood and amazing colours.

cheers for now, Gail
