Good color, good separation of subject from the background, good rule-of-thirds composition drawing attention to her eyes.  If you need to have both earrings equally displayed you could do a feathered selection around the facing earring, copy it to a layer and move it to cover over the side-ways earring.  The transform tool in photoshop is useful in positioning the copy to look the way you want it to look.  Nice image, as is.  Good capture.
