Alex,  Nice image. I like the contrast between the foreground wildflowers and grasses and the furrowed rows of the prairie leading the eye off into the distance.  Years ago, I lost a pair of sunglasses in a sunflower field in Saskatchewan, so i understand the open land big skies.  Nice depiction of rural Saskatchewan.  Larry

The rows you see on the prairie are actually rows of harvested wheat. The intent here was to capture the still pattern of these harvested rows in the background while having the "live" green grasses in the foreground slightly moving in the light wind.

I found the cloud pattern also suggestive of the movement I was trying to capture.
