It looks like an interesting portrait but is much too small to be able to really see. It's smaller even than the photo.net thumbnails. I suspect you had trouble with the upload.

Regardless of the size, one can nonetheless appreciate several interesting elements in this image. The blurred, out-of-focus gives it an aura of artistry, very nicely done, combined with BW. The expression is very, very powerful, and the overall composition makes it look like belonging to the early XX century.
