how could that picture be improved ? well.. I like your picture like it is but may be the plant on the left distracts a bit. Also, I thing the contrast between passerbys people and empty tables/chairs is nice ; may be this contrast might habe been "improved" if there had been a more clear cut separation between people and tables/chairs. see what I mean ?
