If you occur to visit Paris ,do not ever eat Fallafel from this restaurant ,he made the worst Fallafel that I have ever tested ,they are bulky ,doughy ,cold, and tasteless ,I have filled my stomach with bread and the salad ,and left the Fallfel with only one bite, and the dish cost me 13 euros.

Hi Saad,

Technically spot on my friend.

A very good balance between the clarity level and the contrast exhibited here.

Best Regards, Mike

The guy on the left is eying you suspiciously or maybe he's simply having trouble digesting the fallafel you described.  :-)  The store window backdrop and the lighting put me in mind of a shot I took about 50 years ago but yours is sharper and has more contrast, probably due to more modern technology in cameras & lenses.  (even more likely, my inexperienced hands at the time)  How do you 'break the ice' if some stranger you are shooting seems to object to that?  I've often thought that supplying them with my email address and promising to send them a copy might do the trick though I've only done that once or twice.  Happy New Year & I'll get back to you in 2014.  Best, LM.

This photo may be too good for a restaurant that serves bad falafel.  By the way, I make pretty good falafel.  The secret is the peanut oil - gets hotter without scorching, so the falafel stays crisp.
