Waterlogged Trees

Sitting under a brolly in pouring rain utilising the deluge to conceal

the backdrop. Loch Maree, Torridon, Scotland. Very difficult to

manage well.

This is an excellent composition and great use of the rain to isolate the tree from the mountainside. Am I right in thinking the water surface is purely a result of the heavy rain?

An excellent shot, Ian. As you stated, not an easy exposure to make. I am always happy that you provide the technicals details of your shots. Good in-camera work is essential when shooting film and using a single frame for each shot. You do extremely well. Best regards. Peter
