Perhaps clone out orange along top or better yet just clone the light blue band over the very narrow dark band at the top. Remarkable capture of the bird although it seems he might be superimposed on the background.

Jim.. i agree i missed that part of the top and will crop.. I assure you that this was not superimposed.. The original shot.. very minimal cropping or any adjustments in photoshop with the exception of RAW conversion and light contrast tone adjustments
