After Sunset

This one is not quite working for me. I think for these minimalistic soft light coastal scenes, less is often more. There is just a bit too much happening here, yet none of it is clearly defined or serving an aesthetic purpose. It has my eye jumping uncomfortably about the frame, when it really wants to be becalmed; which I assume was your intent. 

Dave, I like it. I see the tidal pool as the subject, great clarity and color. I would have liked it even more about ten minutes earlier so your foreground subjects are a little more lit up, but if you put a spotlight on it, it may reveal those areas nicely. Todd Smith.
