Great, I like it, the details are jumping at you and the fine patterns of the foreground and car contrast well with the bigger patterns of the sky.

A few things at a closer look that you could play around with and see what the result might be:

-The colour of the foreground seems to bleed into the sky from the horizon up. By keeping the colour cast of land and sky complete different it could give a more dramatic punch.

-The HDR/ detail extraction works well on the fine details in the foreground but I would give the sky not  much of fine detail.  Again just to make a real different of contrast between the two.
