My goodness! I have been away for one week and I am pleasantly pleased by the reaction to this one. To everyone who stopped by, commented and rated , I express my gratitude. I took time to relax, do some photoshop tutorials, played with Topaz Black and white plug-in which is on a 30 day trial and revisited some old images.  I learned a bit more about working with photoshop in Lab mode.

Splendid capture and a BW effect which makes it mystic. After seeing this I have started to convert a few of my landscapes to B&W to check out how they look. Thanks for sharing.

Harsha - Thanks. I am also happy that this made you interested in trying out some BW conversions. I started out in the real BW film photography and gave it up for color a long time ago.  Every once in a while I try and go back to producing a B&W image.
