i prefer the color composition even though i am not particularly charmed by her hair... to be honest i can see myself preferring the monochrome if the contrast were increased

Baautiful shot, bravo.  I always relate colour more to "glamour", whereas black and white  is closer to ""artistic nudes in my view, but that's a question of taste. 

I love the concept and the simplicity of the backdrop, i think that the image works better in B&W, but thats only my opinion

Definitively B&W. The photo becomes more elegant and less "flheshy".

They are both nice in different ways. Hair color is unique and gives it a different feel to match the ink.
