I love lighthouses and this is a nice one,one to live in.You have skillfully gathered the autumn colors ,the glimpse of the beach and the good sky to frame the nice architecture in this excellent image.Bravo!

Beautiful foliage and building. The thing I struggle with is the treatment of the clouds with the resulting band of white clouds between the dark ones and the treetops. Also it appears the the fence line tilts down to right which is easy to correct. fwiw. jkd

You're right as rain regarding the sloping fence line which is actually hugging the slope of the ground there, therefore, I left it as is.  As for the sky and the clouds here again I tip my hat to you but utilize the alibi of a software phenomena, i.e. Photomatix which leave the sky with this sort of rendering.  Very nice of you to leave such a well thought out critique.
