This image details the front of the Planalto Palace – the

headquarters of the Government of Brazil – in Brasilia/DF. The green

flag with the emblem of the Presidency of the Republic indicates the

presence of the President of the Republic (ex-terrorist Dilma

Roussef) in your work office that can be seen in the photo on the top

floor (the windows are open). This photo was shot on Sunday

(October 20,2013), around 1:00 hour p.m., on the eve of the first

privatization auction of the Libra oil field, in the Brazilian continental

sea shelf. It is assumed that will occur many popular demonstrations

throughout Brazil, including the action of black-bloc, against this

privatization auction which will not participate the international

companies, among them: EXXON, CHEVRON, BP and REPSOL.

Hi Adriano

Thank you for your attention and let you know that Petrobras won (???) 40% of the auction of Libra. Thus, Brazil will be 41.65% pre-salt reserves. All things considered ...Thank God!!! Warm regards. Roldao
