Technically well shot with the lens set to F/4.

Just a reminder, that using ISO 200 (not ISO 100) is the best point for any imaging task because of the way the sensor behaves with the electronic package that is furnished in your camera.

In this case, your exposure would be 1/800 second, which is well in range of what your camera can provide.
