Pierre Dumas 280 Posted September 15, 2013 Thank you Patsy, I wonder if I could do it again, as a matter of fact I know I can't do it again! Poor memory! PDE Link to comment
DGorinstein 20 Posted September 15, 2013 Hello Pierre:Long time since you have delighted us with your unique style! Wonderful image, simple and elegant, superb effect, converting a relatively simple subject into something complex and enriched. Congratulations.DG Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted September 15, 2013 Pierre, I can identify whether I could repeat some of the abstract images I do that have a heavy dose of PS. Maybe it is better that way so it becomes unique and maybe it will be worth 100,000$ now and a million or two or three when you are looking in from another 'dimension' like so many of the great artists. In summary, I like what you have done here - a winner in my books. . Pierre Dumas 280 Posted September 16, 2013 Daniel, your comments makes me proud of this picture, but it maybe implicates that I haven't exposed a delightful image very long time now, ha! Thank you for both, although I would have liked some of your constrictive critiques on those who you didn't consider so delightful! PDE Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 280 Posted September 16, 2013 Tony, what a relief! Who cares that I haven't sold one picture for one dollar when I will soon have $100.000 for only one, ha! I'm kidding! Thank you for your very witty critique! PDE Link to comment

If I remember right though the were most likely some beach debris in that area that I had to exclude. Great thought though I apreciate your attention to that detail. mike_palermiti 3 Posted September 16, 2013 Hi Pierre,This is an outstanding work of Art my friend. The coarse details produce an ornate image which is most pleasing to the eye.Our mind works to construct this image further, a good lesson on perception.best Regards, Uncle Mike Link to comment

Ciao, amico mio! Link to comment

felixphoto 0 Posted September 16, 2013 The noise makes it. This work reminded me of an old strip artist who used this technique. Very effective composition and great mood. Bravo, Petre! Link to comment

michael.mcmahan 0 Posted September 17, 2013 Yet another memorable image.I respect that your images are so creative and yet not bound to representative realism. Such an image allows a nice play of fantasy although staying true to its photographic origins. :) Michael Link to comment
krpradu 125 Posted September 17, 2013 I like how is composed and two elements new-old side by side, also with different light on it but most of all is this grain that makes the mood for this, indeed as others said above. The colors too works excellent for this.Compliments for your creative work as always. Pierre Dumas 280 Posted September 18, 2013 Hi, Panayotis! I like your neat remark, the new always devours the old, it's a sad true, but can't devour from my memories! Thank you for your visit and insightful comment, my friend! PDE Link to comment
