A nice head-shot of a girl in action.  Technically, you have subject movement during exposure and 1/250 sec with a 400mm lens is not sufficient to stop action.  You need at least 1/500 sec or, better yet, 1/1000 sec shutter speed.  Teeth smearing and loss of eye detail are most noticeable to me.

Thanks for appreciating Pierre and John. John , I agree with your critique of the image , however I presented it for its soft focus which appealed to me .By the way this is a young boy. Regards- Anis.
