vahe_peroomian 0 Posted August 19, 2003 I would like to receive comments and feedback on this photo. Does it grab you as interesting? Is it nice enough to display on your wall? Thanks in advance Link to comment
toddegan 0 Posted August 19, 2003 great greens and blues. Composition is nice with clouds, mountain and village. However, the foreground seems way too dark I don't know if that could have been correct a) with a ND filter although there's no straight line or b) in the digital darkroom. Otherwise a fine shot. vahe_peroomian 0 Posted August 19, 2003 I can never get the hang of making a print look perfect on a Mac, then having someone say it's too dark. I wish this issue of screen gamma would be resolved sometime. There is so much detail in the foreground hill that I didn't even have to touch it in photoshop... Link to comment
philipp_leibfried 0 Posted August 19, 2003 Good picture. Beautiful greens, good composition. The foreground's a bit dark, but still has detail, so I don't think that's a real issue. Would I hang it on my wall? Probably not - I think it lacks a 'focus point', in other words, it's a beautiful stage, but I don't know what I'm supposed to look at after I've taken that in. The eye gets 'lost' in the picture. Maybe if the houses in front of the bright green hill were not in the shadows... Link to comment
