Very nice. Well lit, nice expression, and I like the slight angle. The background almost merges with the subject, but not quite.

Great portrait and very rich in orange and earth tones. So many questions. A window's soft lighting? Did you suggest the black shirt (if so well done). Did you crop from the left to wedge the head in to the top left?

Answers: one lightbox and one umbrella. Right side of the photo was cropped.

It is another striking portrait Chris. The note Phil made about the tones is, to me, the most striking aspect of the image. Given the shadows, Eji's flesh tones strike out boldly from the image. The pose is relaxed yet quite intense and the crop is quite dynamic. No complaints at all about this one.

The composition of this image is unusual but with everything else comes across extremely well. The lighting is nearly perfect and needs no improvement along with the pose and expression.
