I am uploading my preference for this image for your consideration.  There may be another purpose that I don't understand that is fulfilled by combining the elements as you have done here.  It shows a particular location as the background for a lovely lady.  Is she a singer who performs at this particular outdoor stadium?  Her muted skin color hides the wonderfully soft 3-D lighting pattern you have on her face. The background brightness overpowers the composition.  I did a quick selection (this should be refined with better masking tools as my selection is quick and messy) around her, inverted the selection so as to gaussian blur the background, and also lowered the levels on the background (I used the original tonal pattern but darkened it after blurring).  I did a 30% highlight dodge on the iris in both eyes.  I also warmed up her skin color.  You can use the info palette and the eye dropper to measure the RGB values between your original and my version.  I hope this helps.  Good luck.
