The slow shutter speed appears to have contributed to the camera/subject movement softness and the milky, ethereal technique.  Nice color and 3-D lighting on her face.  Normally I would expect to see more detail in her eyes but the overall impact of this image, for me, is one of viewing a girl from outer space who has control of how earthly photons are going to reflect off her physical being.  An interesting image with unusual technique.  Good job.
