I know i may have banged this drum before, but are these shots with models or just grab shots from the beach?

I cant help thinking, judging by the apparent lack of facial expression or interest that these are grab shots, i have a couple of questions, mainly, how do you get away with it, secondly do you not need the subjects permission to use the image, even if its not for commercial gain?

I dont know where in the world you live and operate from but in the UK this is a minefield and for me an area of photography that has been tarnished by the daily papers and their PAPS snapping anything and everything without their consent or permission.

I am interested to hear your viewpoint

Excellent Critique Mac, Have to agree with everything you said,

Great Shots no doubt, But as you said, they are Candid Beach Shots with a long Lens probably, 

Cant see them as Fashion Photography myself, But What do i know, Keen Amateur only
