Nice rule-of-thirds composition and overall use of space.  Good lead-in lines from the bridge railing and tree branches.  Nice 3-D modeling of the light on her face and very good overall exposure.  This pose has a look of awkwardness and doubt--I hope you have other poses and expressions of her that tap into her sense of confidence and fun.  Sometimes photographers allow their subjects to only reflect light to the camera and forget to ask for more--she will either have it to give to you naturally, or you will have to give her positive ideas and instructions all the while reminding her how excited you are to be photographing her in this wonderful setting.  A final technical nit-pik---this appears to be from a scan and the dust spots should be removed.  

It looks like a storybook illustration. The lighting of her face gives the look of a troubled young girl . Her looking out of the frame adds an element of mystery. May be a darker background would add to the character of the image.

Beautiful colours and great lighting. My only comment is that to give more space on the right side and a bit less on the left since she is looking to the right. Congrats.
