Bob, just a couple of ideas for you to consider. First, the bridge is a little blown out. You could allow less light in by either a faster shutter, a higher fstop, a slower ISO or using a NDF. Second, the branches on the right are distracting, especially the ones in front of the pedestrian. Hope this helps.
