JamieK 1 Posted July 1, 2013 most of the natures mortes on the front page seem to include live things. you've missed out. this is a great one. best, epd p.s.: i think they're dancing. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 309 Posted July 1, 2013 Still life or dead nature, how interesting! I understood you kind of like this one Jamie, how strange! PDE Link to comment
overdiep 0 Posted July 1, 2013 Pierre, Congratulations with your new approach in observation. I like it, in particular the combination of organic materials and the abstract equipment. Best regards, Marco Link to comment
dave_dise1 0 Posted July 2, 2013 Pierre, when I saw this and noticed you posted it, I said not normal for you. But what is normal for you!!. I was also expecting to see the food items dancing or something. Interesting juxtaposition. Looks like you got hungry while setting this one up. You are like Mikey - "Try it you'll like it" Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 309 Posted July 2, 2013 Dave, it was long time ago when I was young and full of energy to waste for snapshots, ha!Thanks for your visit! PDE Link to comment
william_staniforth 0 Posted July 2, 2013 Techniqually perfect . Interesting light and reflections , but a strange combination ! Not your average " bowl of fruit " Still life ! Now that would have been out of charecter ! Bill Link to comment

michaellinder 16,613 Posted July 2, 2013 Let's explore this image together. We have a partially eaten cucumber, 3 cloves of garlic, and what appears to be a cassette tape player. Are you plying us with a tale about human consumption, or one stating that our music needs better taste?Either way, the disparate elements work very well together. The color palette is pleasing, and I really like the subtle reflections. All my best, michael Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 309 Posted July 2, 2013 I was waiting long time for one of your excellent critiques Michael! Thank you, my friend! PDE Link to comment
Link to comment
hstelljes 41 Posted July 2, 2013 Hi Pierre, You never cease to amaze. The colors are great but of course with you its about creativity and originality and this ticks both boxes. I like it.BR,Holger Link to comment
