The question is, did the elements align or did the photographer align them? Or, of course, both . . .

Would not be the same without the orange triangle of the headlight blinker. And the very slight oval shape of the post creates tension with the more round hubcap that provokes me in a good way. Just goes to show that nothing is actually perfect . . . nor would I want it to be.

I'm also impressed with how clean and scratchless the car bumper is. I washed my car yesterday which seems to bring out all the dings and scratches on my bumpers which come from living and especially parallel parking in the big city. Wish they'd go back to black rubber, not just at the very bottom.

And, hey, the dried leaf droppings or what looks almost like sawdust is a nice, random, textural element as well

. . . and also fits the color scheme.

Fred,

I appreciate your comments - thank you.  Your observation about the shapes of the post and the wheel not quite matching and causing tension is something I had not thought of before.  I did feel an urge to want them aligned perfectly, and was slightly disappointed that they wouldn't.  But maybe it's better this way, and after your comment I'm more pleased with the result.

Looking anew(for me) this is very good it immediately gave me a good and appreciative smile of your Mastery at work.

Into the Faves it goes.

Kind Regards, Todd
