Not only am I impressed with the image but the scan looks perfect.

Don't tell me it is a drum scanner since I know that is outside of my price range.

With slide film you have to use define in Nik Sofware to remove noise. Don't care how fine grain they say velvia is I still have to remove noise when I process. The green area was brushed to remove noise in the final image. I am self taught in Adobe and still limited in my knowledge of processing. I'm a shade tree photographer. ;-)
