For me, most important thing I noticed in this image was the strong sky-light color cast and the low brightness level.  Imaging programs, like photoshop, can remove the cast and return your image to a more natural color.  The camera is only half of the imagemaker's toolset--the other half is a computer program that will help you finish and polish the image to your liking.  I hope this helps.  Good luck.
