The Last Straw

Flatbed scanned from a home made B/W print onto Ilford paper. The 'softening' in the picture has nothing to do with a soft focus filter- instead it was due to a combination of mild camera shake, very small depth of field and the fact this was printed to paper and then scanned. That said, I find the overall softening better and less manipulated to the very seldom used Tiffen soft focus filter I have.
