This infrared shot is slightly under-exposed making it seem more like a charcoal painting than a photo. A #25 red filter was used.

The underexposure combined with the infrared film makes this look

more like a charcoal painting. Would appreciate any comments you may

have.

Thanks,

Stephan

Hard to believe it is really a photo (not a photo of a painting). I thought maybe you a type of Photoshop filter ("water colour" or something--but I read your commentary.

Nice shot regardless.

No effects were used - the charcoal feel comes from underexposing the IR film (which was not done on purpose, but I like the result). Yes, the model is sitting in the stream with the water flowing over her.

I'd hand tint this: the "drawing" effect, tones and pose already have pre-raphaelite feel to them I'd colour it to fit that. Nice as it is though.

Aesthetically pleasing pose well framed and only her right foot spoils the foto a little. Perhaps her toes would have been better pointing forward.
